Cimtek is a Business Process Outsourcing company which provides products and services to electronics OEMs which have outsourced their manufacturing operations. Frequently, OEMs experience pain when their contract manufacturers (“CMs”) fail to achieve product quality, time-to-market, and time-to-volume objectives. Cimtek provides the “glue” between the OEM and the CM to avoid these problems, and enables OEMs to remain in control of their manufacturing processes. Cimtek’s principal customers are Fortune 200 companies such as Microsoft, DuPont, Segway, Siemens and Motorola.

EquipNet operates an outsourced service which enables Fortune 1000 companies to maximize the investment recovery from idle assets. The Company offers a unique system – the “Asset Recovery Management System” (“ARMS”), which is used by customers to inventory all of their surplus equipment for internal redeployment. If not redeployed, the equipment becomes available for sale by EquipNet through various channels including dealers, auctions and the Internet. The Company is focused on establishing critical mass in certain industries including pharmaceutical, food & beverage and chemical.
